We will review your product and screen likely candidates for award consideration. We'll tell you which
awards make the most sense for your talent, shows and company.
• ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Given our wealth of experience in awards over the years, we will offer recommendations that are
honest and realistic so that you don’t waste time and money trying to garner something that’s in all
likelihood a long shot. We want to help avoid false expectations for you and anyone connected with a
possible awards contender. By the same token, we want to aggressively help you pursue talent and
shows with merit.
• BUDGETING AND HANDLING OF ALL ENTRY FEES AND RELATED EXPENSES
Some awards require nothing more than an entry form or maybe a DVD or script. Most, however,
require an entry fee. Some can be quite convoluted and challenging. We’ll help cut through the
confusion.
• THE ENTRY PROCESS INCLUDING ALL FORMS AND ANCILLARY SUBMISSION MATERIALS
Not rocket science but definitely challenging for some key awards. We will handle all entry forms from
start to finish as well as the necessary supporting materials and documents required for some
submissions.
• “FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION” VOTER CAMPAIGN INCLUDING ADVERTISING AND MAILERS
If an award you’re interested in pursuing can be aided by a “for your consideration” voter campaign,
we'll help you construct one whether it be trade ads or attention-getting screeners or both.
• ATTENDANCE AT NOMINATIONS AND/OR PROCUREMENT OF RESULTS
No one wants to wait until the next day to read about nominations results in the trade papers. We’ll be
on hand at all nominations announcements or acquire the results as soon as they’re available and
provide that information to you before the rest of the world knows about it so you can take care of your
own internal and external communications in a timely manner.
• ATTENDANCE AT AWARDS CEREMONIES AND/OR PROCUREMENT OF RESULTS
You may not want to attend all awards ceremonies for which your talent and shows have been
nominated. You may not have any staff people who you can send to the events. We’ll attend the
awards or procure the results and alert you of any good news you may want to pass along internally or
externally.
• MANAGEMENT OF CEREMONY TICKETING AND SEATING
A seat at an awards ceremony does not always accompany a nomination. In many cases it does but
we’ll make sure you or others of your choosing have the opportunity to attend awards shows when
possible. In the case of the Emmys, we’ll rep you at the ticket lottery if you so choose to obtain the best
possible seating for you and your attendees.
• TIMELY NOTIFICATION OF NOMINATIONS AND AWARDS AS DIRECTED BY CLIENT
We are fully set up to advise you anywhere you may be in the world. We will know results just as soon
as they are announced and can pass that information along to you or others of your choosing in any
form you like and at any hour of the day or night.
• PRESS RELEASE OF NOMINATIONS RESULTS WHEN NECESSARY AND APPROPRIATE
We are fully prepared to draft a press release detailing your nominations results if you require that
service. We have over three decades of experience writing awards releases and are capable of
distributing to both trade and consumer press.

• DATABASE TRACKING OF AWARDS HISTORIES FOR RETAINER CLIENTS
You might be surprised how often awards information is utilized by publicity departments, investor
relations people, on-air promo people, corporate communications departments, producers pitching
show ideas and a plethora of others who need a little extra ammunition for a particular message or
deal. We will track the awards histories of all your current shows and even past shows for clients on a
minimum six-months retainer relationship.
